A 20-year-old girl managed to break the security cordon at the Eden Gardens and embrace India wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Sunday morning. The incident took place when Dhoni was about to board the bus after the final day of the team's conditioning camp.

The girl, identified as Seuli Hasina Nasrin, is a resident of Berhampore and had been virtually camping at the Eden Gardens for the past three days, holding Dhoni's poster. "They (the players) were boarding the bus for their hotel when a girl suddenly appeared and hugged him," Deputy Commissioner of Police, South, Ajoy Kumar said. The stunned security personnel immediately swung into action and rushed towards the girl.
