DHAKA (Reuters) - India beat Bangladesh by an innings and 239 runs on the third day of the second and final test on Sunday to win the series 1-0.

The hosts were all out for 253 in the final session of the day when India, who declared their first innings on 610-3, asked them to follow on after they were dismissed for 118 in their first innings.

Mashrafe Mortaza hit 70 with three sixes and eight boundaries.

The first test ended in a draw in Chittagong on Tuesday.
