Otto and Forsyth in Madeira playoff

SANTO DA SERRA, Madeira (Reuters) - The Madeira Islands Open moved into a sudden-death playoff on Sunday after South African Hennie Otto and Briton Alastair Forsyth tied 72 holes on 15-under-par, four shots ahead of the field.
