Court stays CBCA meeting |

A city civil court on Tuesday ordered that the meeting of the executive committee of the Central Board of Cricket (CBC)- a Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) affiliate, be postponed and no further decision be taken on it till the matter is pending in the court.
The court was hearing two civil suits filed by Hindu Gymkhana and Mahavir Cricket Club, institutional members of the GCA pleading that 50 individual members be restrained to vote in the no-confidence motion against the 19 executive committee members all of whom are institutional members.
