Kolkata, May 14 (IANS) The Kolkata Knight Riders have been penalised for the third time in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for maintaining a slow over rate. IPL match referee Talat Ali of Pakistan fined Knight Riders $1000 for falling two overs short in the stipulated time in their match against Delhi Daredevils at Eden Gardens Tuesday. The hosts won the match by 23-runs. The Sourav Ganguly-led side was earlier fined $1000 and $500 for slow over rate against Deccan Chargers and Bangalore Royal Challengers, respectively.
