| The Brazilian Grand Prix is home to the Interlagos district of Sao Paulo and will stage its 25th GP to end the 2007 season on October 21st. The 71 lap race around a modernised and shortened circuit (4.3km per lap) is considered a demanding test for both car and driver. After rain caused mayhem at the 2003 Brazilian GP, the authorities moved the event to the fag end of the calendar. Local hero, Felipe Massa dominated the 2006 event, winning his home Grand Prix from Pole Position to finish the season on a strong note. Apart from the Ferrari driver, Coulthard and Fisichella are others on the current grid to have registered wins at Interlagos. |
